BCardwise - Your HACCP program at the
touch of a keyboard
HACCP controls are an important part of any foodservice
and meal delivery system. Burlodge has led the way in integrating
data management into equipment controls. BCardwise is the latest
development in paper-less, portable, time, temperature and event
monitoring systems to help you guarantee your customers a safe
and top quality product – all contained within a credit
card size “smart” card.
Simply insert the card into the slot on the Burlodge
equipment to gain access to the controls, change the software
program, or download the stored time, temperature and event information
from the cart so it can be viewed on your computer.
Burlodge software electronically records HACCP
critical events carried out by the cart together with the time
and temperature when it occurred. Food tempera-tures taken with
the on-board food probe are also electronically recorded to ensure
maximum reliability and accuracy.
The BCardwise system is designed for monitoring
operational procedures, quality audits and cart setup information.
