Trayline Assembly Equipment
Burlodge provides all the required equipment to outfit the kitchen trayline to support cook chill and cook serve formats. The Burlodge trayline assembly equipment is food grade stainless steel, robotically welded, and ergonomically designed.
Tray and Dish Dispensers – self leveling dispensers for trays and dishware make your dishroom and trayline more efficient. Adjustable spring tension means that the platform and the product are always kept at the proper height for the operator. The dispensers are available for a wide range of dishware and trays, as well as for heating pellets. Dispensers with fan assisted heating are fitted with a self contained power pack that can be removed safely to do deep cleaning and spray washing. Plate dispensers are available for cook chill (ventilated) or cook serve (with fan assisted heating). Tray dispensers are available in single or double stack, open or closed versions.
Dish Handling - robust and mobile, the dish handling carts are available in single or double sided versions. Enclosed on three sides, the trolleys are designed to minimize bending and lifting. Wire dividers are inserted to accommodate various sizes of plates, plate covers, bowls, or dessert dishes. The transporter is perfect for cook chill cold rooms and is mounted on 5 inch casters, with two that are lockable. Disc bumpers protect the unit against damage and a fold up wire shelf keeps stacks in place during transport.
Starter Station – the Burlodge custom starter station, located at the beginning of a trayline, is ideal for the storage of cutlery, napkins, condiments, menus, or any items which are individually placed on the tray by the starter position. The station can be placed over the end of a straight line conveyor or used to the side with other items stored below the condiment bins.
Mobile Hot Food Tables – wet or dry, the mobile hot food tables from Burlodge are designed to accept 12” x 20” pans or combinations of smaller parts with a maximum depth of 8 inches. The wells have bottom mounted drains. Controls have variable temperature settings and ergonomic knobs.
General Support Carts – standard models are made of 1” tubular stainless steel 18/10 frames with incorporated handles and supporting food quality steel shelves that have rounded profiles for easy cleaning and staff safety. Heavy duty models are available.
Conveyors – Burlodge provides custom build straight or circular conveyor systems that can be manufactured to support cook chill or hotline applications.
