MINIGEN – Single Oven Rethermalization Cart
The Minigen, like the Multigen, is a single oven
multi-portion hostess style rethermalization cart with accommodations
for 7 shelves or full size insert pans. The Minigen utilizes the
integrated transfer system rack and dolly, allowing the operator
to assemble off site and ship to satellite galleys.
The oven compartment is fully insulated and includes
a high temperature security thermostat. With an overall cart width
of only 30 inches, the Minigen provides top quality rethermalization
with minimal space requirements.
