Burlodge Meets the Demand For Quality
and Innovation…..Once Again!
Burlodge is proud to announce another addition
to its family of state of the art meal delivery equipment for
the health care industry. The Ready To Serve Meal Delivery System
or RTS is ready to help new clients provide quality meal outcomes
at their clients’ bedside. The RTS is the newest technology
on the market today which answers the age old question of how
to serve hot meals hot and cold meals cold while plating meals
using a traditional hot beltline or hot meal assembly process.
When clients demand hot foods to be served hot and cold foods
served cold then operators have to consider the RTS.
Burlodge manufacturing and workmanship has again
complimented the exceptional outcome of the Burlodge development
and design process. The new Ready To Serve Meal Delivery System
is a result of market awareness and continuous quality improvement.
The Ready To Serve allows traditional/conventional methods of
meal tray preparation to thrive and exceed expectations.
The Ready To Serve uses a completely flat tray
surface that slides into the meal cart with one side containing
hot food and the other holding cold foods. Both sides of the tray
are kept separate by a floating divider wall. While in the RTS,
the hot food is kept at safe hot holding temperatures by on-board
heaters, while the cold side of the tray remains at a refreshing
cold temperature through on-board refrigeration. Operators can
now prepare trayed meals in advance, boost temperatures if required,
travel to ward service locations, and be ready to serve hot meals
with crisp cool salads and refreshing cold drinks.
Furthermore, operators no longer need to use
institutional looking thermal box lids. Operators demand that
hospitality be brought back to the hospital and Ready To Serve
helps them do just that. The Ready To Serve trayed meal looks
like a fresh home-cooked meal without having to depend on thermal
covers or formed plastic compartments. As one patient said during
product trials “this is not a tray…it’s a meal!”
If you are operating a meal delivery system that
is not supplying the HACCP integrity, quality outcomes, best practice,
and/or patient smiles you desire, then you should consider learning
more about the Burlodge Ready To Serve Meal Delivery System.
