Pellet and Dome Systems
For traditional systems, Burlodge has stainless
steel pellets, bases and domes to maintain hot food temperatures
to the bedside. Available in a range of colors, with outstanding
insulation value and an attractive, cost effective tray presentation.
Features:
- Pellet - Stainless steel 20 gauge heavy duty with wax core;
welded seams; 4 footed pattern to allow air flow through stack
for fast heating; excellent temperature maintenance when used
with underliner and dome cover.
- Underbase for Pellets or for Plates only - dishwasher safe,
stain resistant; inside height from pellet to top inside surface
is 2 3 /4¨.
- Dome Cover - Easy to grasp knob; lightly textured surface
doesn’t show water marks or scratches; excellent temperature
retention; low profile - total height 4 3 /8¨.
