March, 2003 - New products and new staff members
New Products
Alphagen Correctional System - Burlodge has entered
the correctional market with the Alphagen Correctional System-
a stationary heating and refrigeration module, and a transport
cart designed to withstand the rigors of the corrections environment.
Our first contract will begin installation in mid-2003 at the
Maricopa County Corrections facilities in Arizona.
Novaflex (see picture), the newest tray system
from Burlodge, introduced to the market in 2002, has been selected
by ten North American Hospitals as their tray system of choice.
Ongoing interest in the Alphagen system and the Multigen bulk
Hostess Dining Cart meant a total of 18 new accounts in 2002 for
the team at Burlodge USA.
BNetwise, the online, real time monitoring system
for Burlodge equipment, has become an important addition to our
offerings, as customers recognize the benefits of this HACCP and
management tool.
Smallwares - a beautiful line of china ware
has been added to our smallwares line, to enhance tray presentation
and drive Patient Satisfaction up; In addition, we have increased
our offering of high heat disposable dishware for customers who
want to be prepared for contingencies, or who need to go to disposable
service for their clientele.
New Staff
Corey Burns has joined Burlodge as our Technical
Manager, Corey has an MBA from the University of Florida, and
brings his expertise in manufacturing and technical support to
Burlodge.
Support Staff – Three new people support Burlodge USA customers-
Jill Dull, oversees orders and shipping; Diane
Hinnant is our new office based Customer Support representative,
and Teresa Williams, CPA is our new Accounting
Manager.
