Therminox Corrections Unit
Whether your facility operates with Cook-Serve
or Cook-Chill, the Burlodge Therminox will eliminate safety concerns
and ensure temperature standards are met.
Burlodge Therminox ovens are constructed to Corrections
standards and were approved after testing by the California State
Prison system for use in their facilities. Testing by an outside
agency also confirmed the consistency of reaching temperatures
throughout the oven, using chilled product, and with a full load.
The oven does not require skilled labor to operate,
or an exhaust hood when used for rethermalization.
